Position Summary:

Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations Services and the Division President.  Use advanced computer skills to create, modify and update presentations and write memos.  Schedule and coordinate conferences and meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed.  Track budgets, organize and maintain files and maintain supplies.  Serve as back-up switchboard operator on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Motivated and able to meet deadlines; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the corporation
  • Able to multi-task and must be receptive and flexible to changing priorities; dependable; team-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Certified Notary Public preferred
