POSITION SUMMARY    

Supervise operational activities which may include plant production, plant maintenance, and mobile equipment in our Bastrop, TX plant. Responsible for training and development of team, scheduling, performance management, and effective leadership of hourly workforce. Successfully implement the Company's safety and environmental processes. Successfully lead and manage to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years' experience in Ready Mix Operations
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a Ready Mix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient on PC to include MS Office suite, COMMAND
  • Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
