Position Summary:

Responsible for accurately processing customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments.  Duties include researching and resolving customer account issues; processing of miscellaneous adjustments; processing refund requests related to overpayments on customer accounts; and provide backup and support for the Cash Application Team Lead.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash application with 3 to 5years of experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong research and problem solving skills required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently within a team environment
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • JDE experience preferred
