Position Summary

Join a support team collaborating with Business Process Owners, Operations and Information Services to design, create, and implement business solutions utilizing technology relative to the materials industry, such as Five Cubits Supply IT application suite (i.e. Seltec Premium Enterprise (PE), Premium Automation (PA), Central Order Dispatch (COD). Duties include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Other responsibilities include defining test plans, executing against quality assurance procedures, and delivering end user documentation and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems), or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as a business analyst or direct experience using the industry POS applications as a functional user
  • JD Edwards, Five Cubits Supply It (Seltec PE/POS/COD) preferred
  • A highly self motivated individual with the ability to follow through with tasks from inception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills working on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Previous experience testing, documenting and supporting software applications
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including developers, subject matter experts, end users, managers and executives across the company
  • Acquainted with best practices in software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of the aggregate business and operational processes desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to travel to other company sites (Approximately 20%)
