Position Summary:

Provide support to internal and external customers for company approved hardware and software applications; troubleshoot, document and resolve or escalate issues/requests using defined processes/procedures, SLA’s and best practices; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: identification, research, and resolution of technical problems. Respond to incoming calls, emails and support requests. Document issues, follow processes and procedures, and monitor open requests to ensure timely and quality resolution. Troubleshoot hardware, software (installs, upgrades and functionality), networks, printers and mobile devices. 

Requirements: 

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years Helpdesk experience, supporting a mixed environment of Enterprise and non-standard applications
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, MS Office 2010/2013 and Citrix environment
  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of ITSM application for incident tracking
  • Strong customer service, technical and troubleshooting skills; understanding of networking technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to prioritize; willing and able to learn new skills
  • Dependable and adapatable; ability to work on call
