Position Summary:

Responsible for analyzing reports to ensure data integrity in HRIS systems and troubleshoot issues; coordinate systems testing with Business Systems, develop and update job aids; train end users on system data entry and processes; work with HR team to coordinate all systems setup for acquistions; and generate monthly and ad hoc reports as needed for management. This position also has generalist responsibilities to encompass policy interpretation and administration, FMLA and military leave coordination and guidance, and adjustment service date coordination.      

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years professional Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years of ERP experience (reporting, queries, data setup)
  • HRCI and/or SHRM certification(s) preferred
  • JDE experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills; ability to function well in a fast paced environment
